Nassau Man 'Inappropriately' Touches Woman During Massage, Police Say

A Long Island man has been arrested for allegedly inappropriately touching a woman getting a massage.

Sut-ho Leung, 59, of New Hyde Park, was arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 6, following an earlier incident at Ospa located at 927 Franklin Ave., in Garden City, said the Nassau County Police.

According to detectives, on Saturday, Jan. 2, the 48-year-old victim went to a scheduled appointment for a neck and shoulder massage. While lying in the room, Leung allegedly inappropriately touched her, police said. 

The victim left the business and later notified the police.

A thorough investigation was conducted and Leung was arrested, police said.

It was determined Leung does not have a license to give massages.

Leung was charged with:

  • Forcible touching, 
  • Sexual abuse 
  • Unauthorized practice of a profession
  • Assault

He will be arraigned on Thursday, Jan. 7, in Mineola.
